4D Medical Image Compression

Developed a novel compression algorithm for 4D medical imaging data (e.g. 4D MRI/CT sequences) as part of my Master's thesis. The method achieved an 18% improvement in compression ratio over NJPEG 2000 while maintaining diagnostic image quality — reducing storage and transmission overhead for clinical imaging pipelines.
